Responsibilities:
-Continuous drive contractor manufacturing to error proof the CA of Molex resident QC rejection and/or CM IPQC rejection
-Lead the customer complaint disposition solving and reply 8D to GCQ/Customer
-Do Quality Process Audit based on the annual QPA plan
- Continuous drive CM(Contractor manufacturing) to do improvement to meet the CIP(continue improvement plan) requirement
- Implement safe launch management for new product
- Monitor resident QC daily work to optimize his work procedure
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree
-At least 3 years of experience on commercial connector(USB/Type C/HDMI/SATA/Battery connector/T-flash Card etc) experience not limited as MQA, could be SQE,ME,R&D)
