职位介绍

• Ensure Item Masters for new RFQ items not currently in the system.
• Responsible for creating existing bill of materials to ensure completeness and accuracy. Changes required for
existing bill of materials should be forwarded to the engineering for proper ECO documentation.
• Formulate a complete and accurate bill of material into BOM500, for items not currently in the BPCS system,
based on the customer specification and AVL/BOM.
• Secure detailed routing steps associated with the assembly build time to establish accurate and complete labor
routings.
• Secure / Identify tooling requirements to manufacture product.
• Provides detailed material and tooling list for vendor selection and component quotations.
• Obtain knowledge and understand resources required to ensure tooling specified complies with customer
and/or regulatory requirements.
• Requires general knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing operations and available/common raw
materials.
• Recommends cost reductions at the RFQ stage, if applicable.
• Maintains documentation per established guidelines to support the RFQ function.
• Ensures printed costing information is complete and accurate.
• Ensure KPI objectives
1、 大专或以上学历，工艺及机械相关专业优先；
2、 英文良好，读、写熟练，能够阅读英文图纸及使用英文和国外销售或客户进行文字交流，能够自如听、说者更佳;
3、1-2年报价或相关岗位工作经验，有大型跨国企业从业经历尤佳；综合胜任潜力较佳的应届生也欢迎；
