We are looking for a passionate System Support Officer to join our team. You will help users as a skilled expert to troubleshoot, maintain and fix a wide range of digital and hardware problems. You will also need to keep your technical know-how up to date and enjoy creating a better user experience.
How will you make a difference?
•Provide First Level Help Desk support service to all users, whenever necessary
•Provide the second level support for client software related issues
•Evaluate new software, technology & tools and then test & deploy these globally, in order to improve efficiency, productivity and user experience
•Assure users adopt new systems and provide swift resolution to their technical problems, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date
•Support other IT teams to deploy App related projects globally
•Maintain the global systems (Office 365, Intune, Lifesize) and make sure they operate efficiently
•Provide basic and advance help in IT training and software knowledge (primarily Office 365) to user
•Be responsible for hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
•Perform other duties as assigned by management
Who are we looking for?
•Degree holder/High Diploma in I.T. or relevant disciplines
•Strong aptitude for acquiring skills in digital technologies and an eagerness to learn
•Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
•Strong people skills and a good problem solver
•Ability to maintain composure and stay user-focused, while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
•Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
•Good command of spoken and written English
•2 year working experience in system maintenance and technical support
•Experience with Office 365 is preferable
