工作职责：
1.Evaluate the feasibility of selected concepts (DFM report required) to meet functional, cosmetic and customer needs.(评估选定概念的可行性(需要DFM报告)，以满足功能、外观和客户需求。)
2.Design develop and prototype new products in accordance with company & Customer Product Development process.(根据公司要求设计、开发和开发新产品。客户产品开发流程。)
3.Provided end to end manufacturing and process solutions, includes incorporating all aspects of equipment, consumables, key parameters and process setup and qualification.(根据公司要求设计、开发和开发新产品。客户产品开发流程。)
4.Provide input into the creation/modification of Product Specifications in alignment with Customer Requirements(根据客户要求对产品规格的制定和修改提供意见)
5.Ownership of BOM, MIP, SOP, FC, DOE, FA, DFM and FMEA(BOM、MIP、SOP、FC、DOE、FA、DFM、FMEA的归属)
6.Responsible for root cause analysis and corrective action plan implementation.(负责根本原因分析和纠正措施计划的实施。)
7.Perform partner visits for development of correct technology, material and application method(对合作伙伴进行拜访，以开发正确的技术、材料和应用方法)
岗位要求：
1.Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position and field is a must, preferably from consumer electronic product accessory, soft good, footwear or EMS industry.(5年以上相关工作经验，有电子产品附件、软件、鞋类或EMS行业工作经验者优先。)
2.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or relevant field(5年以上相关工作经验，有电子产品附件、软件、鞋类或EMS行业工作经验者优先。)
3.Good knowledge of the common material property and application such as resin / metal / rubber(熟悉树脂/金属/橡胶等常用材料的性能和应用)
4.Good knowledge of either in assembly, plastic molding, metal, die cut or soft good manufacturing process.(熟悉装配，塑料成型，金属，模切或软质良好的制造工艺。)
5.Experience in ProE, UG and Autocad.(有ProE, UG和Autocad方面的工作经验。)
6.Solid understanding of Six Sigma Tool and Statistic analysis tool.(熟悉六西格玛工具和统计分析工具。)
7.Strong knowledge of technology platforms and systems.(具有丰富的技术平台和系统知识。)
8.Excellent public presentation and interaction skills.(优秀的公共演讲和互动技巧。)
