RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
1.Provides direct management and immediate supervision to the CPM team
2.Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing specific programs to achieve planned revenue and profits for assigned customer accounts
3.Works as a key member within a CFT and responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure that product deliveries are on time and that program are on schedule
4.Reviews the CPM team’s performance and recommends employee compensation coaches for improved performance and disciplines as necessary
5.Coordinates and hosts regular program tracking meetings with the customer and internal team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting occurs
6.Builds strong internal and external relationships that require exchanging of information and providing explanations in a problem solving capacity in the business areas
7.Communicates frequently with customers to help ensure satisfaction with the company and the products
8.Receives and resolves customer issues and complaints .Provides performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer performance Reviews
REQUIREMENT:
1.Educational Degree /College: Degree in Business Administration/Engineering /Management Studies or equivalent
2.Professional Knowledge : SAP foundation and Business Managemnt
3.Related Experience : 5 years or above
4.English Level : Proficient in spoken and written English
5.Others : 1) Excellent communication skills and Negotiation Skill
