1.Competency requirements
1.Majored electronics or relative, college or above education;
2.Five to ten years inspection experience in build house minimum; be familiar with electronic / mechanical / cable assembly manufacturing process and quality inspection / control; be able to, or trainable to, test / measure product by caliper, multimeter and other test equipments; be able to perform raw material, in-process and finished goods inspection.
3.Be good at English reading and writing, oral English communication is not required but a plus.
4.Be able to, or trainable to investigate problem / process indicator and assess / follow up corrective / preventive actions.

2.Job description
a: Travel and perform in-process and final inspection for electronic box, cable assembly, and raw material inspection for electronic / plastic / metal parts at build house per documental requirement.
b: Report any nonconformance to QC manager immediately, usually on phone first and written report / picture attachment later. Investigate or follow up the problem investigation conducted by build house, assess and follow up the corrective / preventive action plan under QC Manager’s guidance.
c: Generate and sign off quality report including inspection information, actual finding and inspection result.
d: Other work assigned by Quality Manager or Division Manager.
e:Work hour: 8 hours one day, 5 work days one week on average; the work day depends on the actual shipping schedule.
