职位介绍

1、负责编写部门相关的程序文件、工作流程及相关表单的设计；
2、负责编制部门每月的工作计划及每月的工作总结；
3、负责制定《排产计划》并每周更新；
4、负责审核《物料需求计划》，并结合《排产计划》控制物料的来货时间及来货数量；
5、负责追踪物料的进度，每日发出《欠料报告》给相关部门跟进；
6、负责供需缺口分析、生产能力分析和确定应采取行动;
7、负责部门人员培训及考核工作；

任职资格 Qualification
1.满足公司人才基本需求,特别逻辑分析能力;
2.工业工程、包装等相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上奢侈品包装工厂PMC工作成功经验;
3.熟悉包装印刷生产制造流程，精通产线设计与平衡，效率提升，人力优化，精益生产等相关知识;
4.熟练运用相关办公软件；
5.高效沟通协调部门能力，良好的英文表达沟通能力。（实际运用为主，不依英语等级证书限定）。
Qualification:
1、Meet the basic needs talents, specially logic analysis ability.
2. Above bachelor degree of Industrial engineer and Packaging, more than 3 years successful luxury packaging factory pmc work experience.
3. Familiar with packaging and printing production process, proficient in production line design、balance and efficiency, human optimization, lean production and related knowledge.
4. Proficient in use of related office software, stong ability to design、implement and optimize;
