This position is responsible for：本岗位主要职责包括：
1.In charge of quality engineering team daily operation & function maintenance.
负责品质工程师及技术员日常管理工作。
2. Support the internal or external audit for quality system and take the appropriate actions to improve the systems effectiveness.
协助质量体系的内外部审核，采取适当行动来改善品质系统的有效性。
3. Follow up the new product launching with design and manufacturing engineering.
与设计工程师和制造工程师协同跟进新产品的导入。
4. Monitor and control mass production products status and take actions to reduce the scrap rate and improve the process capability.
控制/监控量产的品质状况，采取行动降低报废率，改善制程能力。
5. Direct OQA operation and train the OQA inspectors, analyze the OQA LAR and PPM data and take actions for any abnormal trends.
负责OQA的实际在线检查工作,培训OQA检查员，分析OQA的LAR和PPM数据,并且采取必要措施.
6. Communicate with customer for any special requirements, analyze and report for customer complaint in time.
对客户的特殊要求与客户沟通，及时分析完成客诉报告。
7. Weekly and Monthly review the overall status of QE’s quality target.
每周及每月回顾总的品质目标及品质状况。
8. Establish and follow up the CIP every year.
建立并跟进每年度的持续改善计划.
9. New project phase in, set-up the internal audit procedure and standard system, contact customer for external issue if needed
新项目导入，建立内部审核程序和标准化；对外部问题如有必要联系客户.
Abilities and skills: 能力和技能
1. Bachelor degree,major in electronic,automation or mechanical,good sense of technology.
本科以上学历，电子、自动化或机械相关专业毕业，具备良好的工程背景。
2.5+ years working experience in similar production such as capacitor,magnetic or fuse.
5年以上制程品质相关工作经验，熟悉电阻电容、线圈或保险丝制程优先。
3.Good command of QC Tools,such as MSA/PPAP/PFMEA/DOE.
熟练掌握MSA/PPAP/PFMEA/DOE等品质手法及工具
4.Familiar with statistic tools, familiar with 6sigma is preferred.
熟悉统计知识，熟悉6S知识优先。
5.Good communication skills, includes at least following aspects: the good capability to learn new technology; the good data analysis and report capability
良好工程知识背景，良好的沟通技巧，对新知识有较强的学习能力，深厚的数据分析能力及报告能力。
6.willing to cooperate with other people as a team;
良好的团队合作精神。
7.Good command of English
