Primary Responsibility
主要工作职责
1) Enforces work procedures, executes work schedules, and expedites workflow to maximize product quality and minimize costs.
执行工作程序,执行工作计划,以及加速产品质量和工作流程,以最大限度地减少成本。
2) Plan and supervise Asst Supervisor, Line leaders, Operators.
计划和监督助理主管、线领导人,操作工。
3) Maintains harmony among employees and resolves grievances.
员工之间保持和谐,解决投诉。
4) Trains or assists subordinates in performing duties.
培训或协助下属执行职务。
5) Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
任务分配和检验工作的正确性,整洁,并保持政策和程序一致性。
6) Responsible for production floor 5S house keeping
负责管理5S生产车间
Secondary Responsibility
次要工作职责
1) Performs trial run and compiling data for engineer.
为工程师执行测试运行和编制资料。
2) Maintains production document and data.
维护生产文件和资料。
3) Visual quality inspection of parts for defects and take corrective action in order to reduce scrap.
外观质量检验零件缺陷和采取相应措施以降低报废。
4) Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
定义问题,收集数据,建立数据,得出正确结论。能够理解一个大量的各种各样的技术说明或图表,能够处理抽象和具体的参数。

1) Technical school, College or University’s graduated.

1) Good knowledge on plastic molding process and operator supervision.

2) Ability to write reports and general correspondence.
能够写相关的工作报告和邮件。
4) Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
能够定义问题,收集数据,建立数据,得出正确结论。
5) Ability to interpret technical instructions and operation instruction.
能够进行技术指导和运行指导。

1) 5 years supervisor experience in the manufacturing of plastic parts and assemblies.
