职位介绍

Responsibility：
1.Provide technical service and product application support for IBT, field sales and marketing.

2.Work on Customer Problems, involvement in RCA

3.Processing /Application problems support

4.Technical Liaison to customers, to control information, especially of technical nature and make sure coordination of responses occurs between engineering, TS and engineering and non-quality issues.
与客户建立技术联系，控制相关信息
5. Technical Presentation, Training (internal and customer), Data Generation, New Product and Application Guides and Recommendations
技术演讲，培训（内部及客户），数据报告，新产品及应用的指导与建议。
6.Identify the environment factors and impact related to technical service Lab., and update on time.
识别技术服务实验室相关活动中的环境因素及其影响，并适时更新。
7. Making sure the management system of chemical product and waste as well as the energy consumption to meet the company system request.
确保实验室化学品管理、废弃物管理、能源消耗符合体系要求。
Requirements：
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or other related field.
本科以上学历，专业为化学工程，材料学，化学及其它相关领域。
2. Capable of 8D problem solving with these techniques with minimal input from supervisor
能够使用8D报告解决相关的技术问题
3. 0-3 years as an engineer in Technical Service, Process, Semiconductor, Polymer or Semiconductor Packaging engineering role
具有0-3年在技术支持、工艺、半导体、高分子或者半导体封装工艺的工作经验
4. Beginning to use good scientific judgment, statistical analysis, root cause identification, robust solution implementation
运用科学的判断，统计分析，根本原因的辨别来解决相应的问题
5. Developing ability to plan, manage, track and complete significant projects; Meeting all timelines and goals of the project
具备计划，管理，追踪和完成重大项目的能力，并满足时间和预设的目标。
6.Polymer or Semiconductor Packaging engineering knowledge
