职位介绍

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for product key metrics management and continuous improvement which include MFR, scrap cost, CPC, OEE
- Supports manufacturing on product related problem analysis and solution plan.
- Responsible for NTL-DG ET issue root cause investigation and analysis, drive for short term MFR improvement by cooperate with product team.
- Participates and supports new product introduction activities. Verify tape board . Provides input/feedback with Product Creation centers for product and process design improvements.
- Support for burning issues’ problem identification activity during NPI & LV.
- 为制造坏品率、生产报废、设备利用率等产品关键指标的管理和持续改善提供技术支持。
- 支持产品相关问题的初步分析和判断，寻求解决方案。
- ET事件（产品紧急事件）根本原因的调查分析，通过与产品团队的合作来驱动制造坏品率的短期改善活动。
- 参与并支持新产品导入活动，确认样板，向研发中心反馈产品或流程设计改进方面的相关信息。
- 在试产和验证阶段为产品严重问题的识别和分析提供技术支持。
 
Basic Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Mechanical engineering
- Good command of English, both in writing and speaking, CET4 or above
- Excellent logic thinking & analysis skill
- Independent, proactive and learning agility.

- 英语熟练-听、说、读、写，CET-4及以上
