1. RESPONSILITIES:
Be responsible for Yearly full standard cost update and report inventory revaluation and other analysis timely and accurately.
负责年度标准成本的更新，存货重估以及相关的分析。
Maintain the standard cost and calculate transfer price timely and ensure the accuracy of standard cost in QAD system, analyze reason of standard cost change.
负责日常维护产品标准成本，计算转移定价，确保标准成本的准确性，分析标准成本变动的原因。
Be responsible for weekly work order accounting close and analyze cost variances
负责每周的加工单会计结算以及分析成本差异。
Provide timely and quality costing, costing variance and performance analysis reports, such as PPV, production variance, scrap, etc.
提供每月成本、成本差异和业绩分析报告，如PPV、制造差异、废品等。
Be responsible for month-end closing on costing, inventory, Cost variance allocation and , etc according to schedule to make sure close timely and accurately.
负责每月的成本结账、存货结账和成本差异分摊等。
Be responsible for month-end account reconciliation for inventory, costing etc.
负责每月成本、库存相关科目的会计对账。
Be responsible for inventory analysis, such as inventory aging report, etc.
负责库存分析，如库存账龄分析等。
Coordinate the monthly inventory cycle counting and annual stocktaking, analyze inventory variances.
负责每月的库存定期以及不定期的抽盘，以及年终的库存盘点。
Be involved in yearly budget preparation, implementation, tracking and budget-control。
参与财政年度的预算的准备、执行、跟踪以及预算控制分析。
Other ad hoc assignments.
完成上级交代的其他任务。
qualifications:
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related major.
财务、会计等相关专业，本科学历。
More than 3 year working experience of costing in manufacturing industry.
3年以上制造企业成本工作经验。
Familiar with ERP system, QAD is preferred.
熟悉ERP系统，熟悉QAD ERP系统为佳。
Good MS office skills. Such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access is a plus.
良好的MS Office应用技能，如Excel、Word、PowerPoint，熟悉Access为佳。
Good English and Mandarin, both Oral and Written.
良好的英语以及普通话。
Strong analytical skill and logical thinking mindset
较强的分析以及逻辑思考能力。
Good communication skills and team work spirit.
