Job Description:
1. Supervise production controller, production scheduler, material controller and ERP operators.监督管理生产控制员，生产计划员，物流控制员和ERP操作员；
2. Strong leadership ability, manage production controllers/schedulers and responsible for improving their production follow up.
强有力的领导能力，管理生产控制员、计划员，负责提高他们的生产跟进能力；
3. Lead material controller to ensuer the OTD of sub-parts.
领导物流控制员，确保产品按时发货的物流供应；
4. To report weekly/monthly/quarterly to VC regarding production timely.
根据大货生产情况每周/月/季度及时向部门总监汇报；
5. Improve team working efficiency time by time.
不断提高团队工作效率；
6. Resource for issues that require escalation to resolve.
逐步升级解决资源问题；
7. Ensuring all production operation under well situation.
确保所有生产操作正常运行；
8. Assisting in continuously improving the production control procedures
协助不断改进生产控制程序；
9. Communicate difficulties, reports and related issues with head offices.
与总部沟通相关困难、报告及其他问题；
10. Analytical thinking and problem solving.
