MAIN ACTIVITIES
1.Acquire and continuously enhance specific knowledge of EHS and Process specific technologies
2.Initiate, prepare, develop, guide and execute EHS related projects for the Business Sector, such as but not limited to:
VOC abatement systems
Drier optimization
Explosion Risk Control in driers
Energy optimization projects
Carbon emission reductions
3.Support local engineering and EHS teams in the conduction of their projects on a per need basis
4.Train and coach BU people in this field of expertise as needed
Job qualifications
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Fluid Technology or similar Engineering field
Minimum 5 years experience in Engineering function
Specific Competencies
Good project management skills
Ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with BU, site leadership, EHS and Engineering professionals
Good presentation skills
Good communication skills also with non-technical people
Related computer skills
Action oriented, self driven
Languages
English and Chinese fluent in written and spoken form
Location and mobility
Working from within home site and travel as per requirements of job

1.This job will be a Technology leadership backbone positions
2.Will training 3-6 months first in China,then training abroad a period.
3.This job will set in Huizhou(Guangdong) or Jiangyin(Jiangsu)
