Job summary and overall objectives
-Work together with HCP Engineering and Purchasing department to industrialize the new products proposed by group R&D.
-Work together with HCP Engineering and Purchasing department to implement the design change or supplier change
-Ensure all the components from supplier are according with HCP standards and requirements.
-Implement supplier on-site audit to ensure the quality management system meet HCP requirements.
-Collect and summarize technical documents from HCP headquarter and ensure all the local documents are correct and with the newest version received.
-Measure, monitor and summarize the suppliers’ performance and report to quality manager.
-Provide professional feedback to HCP and help the supplier to take corrective and preventive action. Check and follow-up the analysis of complaints
-Ensure quality control of new products proposed by HCP R&D
-Perform in a professional and timely manner all works and instructions given by the quality manager.
Knowledge and Experience Requirement:
-Requested knowledge
-Good knowledge of mechanics or material.
-Qualified engineer or technician in mechanical science
-Good knowledge of quality management (ISO9000)
-Fluent in English for easy communication in the HCP group
-Requirement experience
-Minimum 3 years foreign industrial experience in quality control or manufacturing processes in mechanical industry
-Good team work skill
