Responsibilities:
During the project phase
-Prepare the PQAP (Product Quality Assurance plan) for each purchased parts
-Track the Supplier Quality plan progress
-Plan the reception of the specific quality control tools for purchased parts
-Validate the supplier PQA before IS (Initial Samples) production
-Pilot the supplier process audit
-Participate and validate the supplier FRD (Full Run Day) and IS production
-Organise and follow up the validation tests of each components
-Follow up the corrective actions
After SOP
-Measure and communicate the suppliers quality performance
-Request, validate and follow up corrective actions following supplier’s quality incidents
-Make the decision of putting components under PQA process, analyse the results and initiate the actions when necessary
-Help the suppliers solve their issues via on site visit and working sessions
-Provide training on Valeo tools (QRQC, PDCA…) to suppliers and control implementation
-Communicate to the purchasing organization the main actions in progress
-Keep the supplier quality database up to date and dispatch it monthly
Requirements:
-Bachelor or above degree in Engineering
-Fluent in English, French is a plus
