Job Descriptions
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
In charge of product yield improvement by means of Failure Analysis/Characterization/D.O.E./improvement activities following up.
In charge of performing Failure Analysis on all in and post process failures and determining root causes.
Work with various groups and help develop corrective actions.
Participate in product ODT (out going DPPM test) DPPM/Quality improvement activities.
Participate in product test time improvement activities.
Deeply involve in the NPI(new product introduction) among different sites.
Education & Competencies Requirements:
At least 2 years working experience in testing& FA field .preferably related to drive/Media/head testing and failure analysis in HDD business.
Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Degree,(Bachelor's degree or higher with majors in computer science, Electronics/Electrical engineering, or equivalent are preferred).
Have positive attitude for work and willing to take challenge.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills in English.
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
