Job Description:
1. Liaise with internal Product divisions / Operations to fix the quality requirement/inspection plan/quality standards/safety approval standards
2. Manages material qualification and evaluation
3. Manages and seeks improvements to supplier quality system
4. Manages supplier certification – Internal and External
5. Approval of Preferred Supplier list and manages SCQI process and supplier approval
6. Define supplier qualification processes and manage/approve all FAI
7. Identifies material quality issues and defines supplier corrective actions. Review and publishes quality performance
8. Conduct Quality review with the supplier
9. Arrange samples to perform reliability and safety testing
10. Drive corrective actions for quality failure
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in engineering discipline
2. At least 5 years working experience in electronic manufacturing field
3. Good knowledge in ISO9000/TS16949/ISO14001/5S/TQM/COC/DOE, 6 Sigma blackbelt preferred
4. Sound knowledge in lean manufacturing
5. Excellent in English communication and report writing
