Responsibilities:
General : development, delivery and evaluation of people development and training programs to meet with business needs;
identify training needs of business units and liaise with external consultants to work out training programs and facilitate the organizational development.
Requirement:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or Industrial Psychology disciplines
Certified trainer from well proven training programs such as DDI, MBTI with experience in design e-learning courses is a plus
Experience in Training system development and customization.
