Main responsibilities:
To plan,organize and control day-to-day Mould Assembly and fitting workload and schedule to match the toolshop capacity plan.
To check and approve the purchasing application form,define the spare parts levels.
To draft and update Work Instruction,lead the 5S,safety and environmental issues.
To interview candidates and give new colleague training.
To monitor and review equipments status to be sure they are in good condition
Requirements:
College above degree in mechanical related subjects.
Good experience in handling tool shop equipment like milling, grinding, EDM, CNC controlled machines etc.
Experience in CAD/CAM software, Pro-Engineer, Unigraphics.
Talk and read English.
Good leader abilities and sense of responsibility.
