MISSION:
- To realize detailed market study of agglomeration (economy,
population, commercial area…).
- To search sites corresponding to company requirements to open
Decathlon stores.
- To do a detailed feasibility study to evaluate each site, negotiate
with landlord and report all information to headquarter for validation.
- To obtain local administrative authorizations to realize the opening.
- To make sure of the smooth progress of all operations until the
store’s opening.
- 根据公司的要求，进行新商场的选址，谈判。
- 具有丰富的财务经验，与财务部门合作建立投资回报分析表。
- 与律师合作建立不动产协议。
- 申请官方行政，商业许可及建筑许可。
- 就进行实际运作与总部进行沟通。
PROFILE:
- Good understanding of local real estate field.
- Good negotiation ability with local officials responsible and
property.
- Successful related working experience in real estate, ideally in
land expansion part.
- Like sports, independent, dynamic, enjoying challenges.
- Be able to travel frequently inside or outside of the city.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (French is a plus).
- Bachelor degree above, preferred major in commercial, legal, city
planning, construction.
- 了解当地房地产行业的情况并对此充满热情。
- 相关房地产工作经验，尤其在土地开发拓展方面，并具有成功业绩。
- 具有谈判的优秀能力或潜质，适应经常出差。
- 热爱运动，乐于接受挑战， 有活力，能独立工作。
- 大学以上教育程度，流利的中文和英语。
- 商业，法律，城市规划，建筑方面专业或者会法语者优先。
LOCATION: With the first a few months training & working in one of Decathlon stores, then work in Shanghai. 一经录用，先期几个月将在迪卡侬华南区其中一家商场接受培训和工作，以便了解迪卡侬商场经营模式后工作在广州或深圳。
REMUNERATION: Basic salary according to experience plus attractive bonus system.
