Responsibility:
?Be responsible for the assurance of direct continuous implementation of related phase of the system, in conjunction with the company Quality Policy and Objectives
?Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategic programs identifying problems affecting quality. ?Control further processing delivery or assembly of a non-conforming item, deficiency, or unsatisfactory condition including stopping works or shipment until proper effective action has been taken
?Lead the continuous quality audit of all phase of the system that include: internal quality program, IPQA audit, customer quality audit, supplier quality evaluation and qualification program
?Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes ?Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet quality requirements
?Define training programs for QA Engineers in order to detect, solve and prevent problems on the production processes
?Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce
Requirements：
1.Bachelor or above, at least 5 year experience of QA QE experience.
2.Familiar in electronic material and plastic material, be good at quality tools to analysis;
3.Have other related product introduction (Computer\phone\digital camera\printer, etc) work experience in NPI priority.
4.Good command in both written English & spoken English.
