Responsibilities:
- Ensure that effective training solutions are delivered by delivering training programmes, updating and enhancing training materials and aids
- Administer training courses and involve in day-to-day management of the department
• By answering course enquiries and issues and supporting in course administration, resource scheduling and training record maintenance, and the implementation of the internal control mechanism and the compliance relative guidelines
• By coordinating the departmental incentive program
• By producing and submitting the department MI in a timely and accurately manner
• By contributing the idea of adopting the most effective and efficiency way to minimize the resources involved
• Ensure the company training expenditure is within the annual operating plan
- Ensure that training solutions are up-dated and relevant and contribute to effective training solutions
Requirements:
- Subject matter expertise and willingness to learn and develop oneself
- Effective communication, pleasant, presentable, enjoy meeting with people, and with good interpersonal skills
- Fluent English & Mandarin. No accent in Cantonese pronunciation
- Call Centre experience. Trainer experience is a MUST.
- Open minded and strong mind-set of customer service
- PC skills (word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software)
