Job Description:
-Have a detailed knowledge of all processes/functions in their business area.
-Resolve business-related problems for their processes.
-Analyze and resolve bugs in collaboration with system staff and other user departments.
-Coordinate and Optimize processes (costing, planning, profitability analysis).
-Are responsible for the business content of defined processes including their future development.
-Draw up business requirements for systems staff (specification).
-Implement processes in the live environment in collaboration with other functions.
-Be aware of all calls and enhancements, distinguish between them and manage them.
-Prioritize calls and enhancements in agreement with IT and PO.
-Support super users and consultants/IT, and keep them actively informed of problems.
-Responsible for resolving problems/calls.
-Test bug fixes and enhancements.
-Are the interface between super users (level 1) and IT (level 3).
-Inform level 1 of system changes and enhancements resulting from project work or technical migrations.
-Define and describe enhancements for level 3 (specification).
-Contact proactively the users and check the use of defined processes.
Job Requirements:
-3-4 years experience in internal Sales and/or eSales, process knowledge in Sales.
-2-3 years SAP system knowledge in particular in SD or CRM as Consultant or Key-User.
-Experience in working at multinational company preferred.
-University degree.
-Self-motivated.
-Good attitudes.
-Interpersonal skill.
